Across Bucks County, the same electrical issues come up again and again. Aluminum branch wiring hides in the walls. Panels rated for 100 amps run out of space. Recalled Federal Pacific and Zinsco panels are still out there too. Those we replace, not repair.
Our approach in Ferndale is simple. We open the panel, read the label, check the wiring type and test a few outlets. Then we quote. PECO Energy Company is the main power company in Bucks County. PPL Electric Utilities and Met-Ed serve some upper Bucks homes. That utility has to pull the meter for a panel upgrade, and we book it. Outages are theirs. Inside the house is ours.
