Two utilities serve Camden County. PSE&G is the primary, and it serves the city of Camden. Atlantic City Electric serves other parts of the county. For a homeowner, that matters exactly once. It happens when you upgrade your service, relocate a meter or need a disconnect for a panel swap. Each company has its own application, its own meter socket requirements and its own scheduling. We handle that coordination on every job. The lines and the meter are the utility's. Everything past the meter is ours.
Camden County sits along the Delaware River corridor, which brings its own weather. Nor'easters and the remnants of tropical storms bring flooding and outage risk. A house with a flooded basement needs its panel and low outlets opened and checked, not just dried. That storm exposure is one reason whole-home surge protection comes up in conversation here.
