Houses from around 1977 share a short list of issues. Two-prong outlets with no ground are the one you notice first, because modern plugs will not fit. Aluminum branch wiring and a full 100-amp panel hide behind the walls. A few panels still carry a recalled Federal Pacific or Zinsco label.
The other conversation here is water. In September 2021 the remnants of Hurricane Ida brought catastrophic flash flooding to Bucks County, plus widespread outages and a tornado that night.
