Salona's homes run newer than most of the county, with a median build year of 1982. Copper wiring is standard here, so the usual worry is not old wiring, it is panel capacity. A 100 or 150-amp panel fills up fast once a heat pump, a hot tub and an EV charger all want a circuit.
