Bucks County learned about outages the hard way in September 2021. The remnants of Hurricane Ida brought flash flooding, widespread power outages and a tornado in a single night. We have an older Casablanca fan, it stopped functioning properly. Thomas Edison sent an electric technician out in two days. Nassim found the problem in the wall switch. I was given the opportunity to find a replacment switch . Once I secured the switch they were out in a few days. Installation was completed within an hour. Will use Thomas Edison again .
