Eagleville's typical home dates to 1974. Homes from that era usually have aluminum wiring on the branch circuits and a panel sized for a much smaller electrical load than most households run today. Two-prong outlets with no ground are common too.
Amperage issues show up often as a result: a panel that trips under normal use, or one that can't take on a new circuit without an upgrade. We diagnose the actual amperage capacity rather than guessing, then price the fix, whether that's correcting the aluminum connections or moving to a 200-amp panel.

Often it comes down to amperage. A 1970s panel may be sized for far less than a modern household draws. We test the actual amperage rather than guessing.
Check the neighbors first. A whole-street outage is PECO's to fix. If only your home lost power, that's typically inside your own system, which is where we come in.
Not automatically, but the connections need attention. The risk is at the terminations, where the metal can loosen and overheat. We repair it with approved connectors, or rewire where that makes more sense.
