Older homes across Montgomery County commonly still have aluminum branch wiring, 100-amp panels, two-prong outlets and, in some cases, a recalled Federal Pacific or Zinsco panel. We check for these on any older Creamery property, and put the fix, panel upgrade or otherwise, in writing before we start.
