Housing around here follows the same pattern as the rest of Chester County. Copper wiring is standard, but 100 to 150 amp panels run out of headroom fast once a heat pump, a hot tub or an EV charger enters the picture. A panel upgrade usually solves it, and a new dedicated circuit covers the rest.
