Bausman doesn't have its own census count, but the pattern across Lancaster County still holds here. Homes from the decades after the war often still carry aluminum branch wiring, 100-amp panels, two-prong outlets, and a recalled Federal Pacific or Zinsco panel turns up more than you'd expect.
We fix aluminum connections with rated connectors, ground or GFCI-protect two-prong outlets, and swap a recalled panel for a modern 200-amp upgrade. If you're not sure what your house has, a safety inspection gives you a written list before you decide what's next.
Bausman has no borough hall of its own, so permits go through the township under Pennsylvania's Uniform Construction Code. Like most of the county, the township hands inspections to a third-party agency. We pull the permit, book the inspection and walk the inspector through the finished work, all inside your written quote.
PPL Electric Utilities serves Bausman. A panel upgrade or new service means a disconnect and reconnect at the meter, and we schedule both with PPL. A neighborhood outage is PPL's to fix. Trouble at just your house is ours, any hour.
