The Thomas Edison difference
West Willow electricians from Thomas Edison Electric cover this small community half a mile from Willow Street. West Willow sits in ZIP 17583, part of Lancaster County, with Lampeter 2.5 miles out and Refton 3.2.
Licensing runs through PA075449, backed by full insurance on every visit. Our electricians are direct hires, not subcontractors, dispatching from their own homes across the county. Around-the-clock means 24/7, 365 days a year, holidays included, with a written quote ahead of any work and the dispatch fee waived if we're running behind.
Aluminum branch circuits, 100-amp panels and occasional recalled panels are the norm across this part of the county.
Same crew, same response, whether the address sits here or on its larger neighbor's side of the line.
We coordinate any service change directly with PPL.
Nothing starts until the price is on paper.
Nights, weekends and holidays, dispatch fee waived if we're late.
Over 37,000 jobs completed since 2021, PA075449, 4.8 stars on Google.
We're dedicated to building lasting relationships with every client through exceptional service and guaranteed results.

Transparent pricing means written quotes with no surprises.
Homes around West Willow follow the same electrical pattern seen across Lancaster County: aluminum branch wiring, 100-amp panels, two-prong outlets, and sometimes a recalled Federal Pacific or Zinsco panel still in service. A load calculation or a full electrical safety inspection is the quickest way to know exactly where your house stands.
PPL Electric Utilities serves this area. PPL keeps the poles and the meter running; everything past that point, panel to outlet, falls to us. Call 717-274-2700 any hour, day or night.
This community has no incorporated center of its own, so its township issues the permit for electrical work, following Pennsylvania's Uniform Construction Code the same as everywhere in the county. That township hires an outside firm to inspect rather than staffing the role itself. We handle the application and the inspection date together, both included in your written quote.
PPL Electric Utilities serves the area. A meter swap or new service size means PPL at the pole, and we book that appointment. A wider outage is on PPL to fix. A problem specific to your house is ours.
Our Pennsylvania and New Jersey experts are ready to resolve your electrical woes.

Mike from Thomas Edison Electric replaced our out-of-service-life whole-house surge protectors and repaired a lighting fixture for our deck. He did an excellent professional job. He didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. I highly recommend Mike.
