The typical Frederick home dates to 1985. Copper wiring is standard by this point, so structurally these homes are in good shape. The limiting factor is usually the panel itself: 100 to 150 amps was plenty in 1985, and it often isn't anymore.
Heat pumps, hot tubs and EV chargers are the three things most likely to push a Frederick panel past its limit. We calculate the actual draw before recommending anything.
