The Thomas Edison difference
Need a New Park electrician? Thomas Edison Electric's crews dispatch from their own homes across York County in fully stocked TEE vans, never a distant yard. New Park, ZIP 17352, sits in the southern part of the county, close to Fawn Grove, Stewartstown and Airville.
We're insured and licensed under PA075449, with more than 37,000 completed jobs since 2021 to our name as a family-owned company. Call 717-274-2700 whenever you need us. The price is always in writing before the work starts.
New Park's electrician is on our payroll, not a subcontractor's, keeping the van stocked at their own house.
Aluminum branch wiring and two-prong outlets are common work for us nearby.
We schedule Met-Ed's disconnect and reconnect around the job.
Written and approved before any work begins.
Nights, weekends and holidays included.

Transparent pricing means written quotes with no surprises.
New Park sits in a stretch of York County where the housing stock leans older, and the electrical signs that go with it are consistent: 100-amp panels stretched thin, outlets with no ground wire, and the occasional recalled Federal Pacific or Zinsco panel waiting behind the cover plate.
Fawn Grove and Stewartstown keep the same electricians busy who cover New Park. None of them are subcontracted, and the price is settled in writing before anyone starts. A panel upgrade handles most of it, and an electrical safety inspection is worth adding if the house is new to you.
Electrical work near New Park needs a permit under Pennsylvania's Uniform Construction Code. Rather than running its own building department, the area relies on a third-party agency for plan review and inspection, standard practice across York County. We take care of that from filing to final approval.
Met-Ed is the utility serving New Park. A service upgrade needs the meter disconnected and reconnected, and we arrange that with Met-Ed to match our own schedule. A line down in a storm is Met-Ed's to fix; the wiring inside the house is our job, at any hour.
Our Pennsylvania and New Jersey experts are ready to resolve your electrical woes.

Absolutely thrilled with our electrician Dennis! He was very knowledgeable and polite. Made this process very easy and stress free. We had two light fixtures put in along with an exhaust fan, cleaned up after and everything. Highly recommend this company and their electrician!

Had a great experience with Michael Van for my initial inspection/walk-through and Steve P and the crew with the install. All of them, including the employees on the phone, were polite and prompt, and I'm very satisfied with my new electrical panel and wiring.
