Paxtonville has no borough government, so the township covers permitting for electrical work under the state's Uniform Construction Code. As with most townships this size in Snyder County, the actual plan review and inspection gets contracted out to a third-party agency. Either way, we are the ones filing it and walking the inspector through the job.
Paxtonville runs on power from PPL Electric Utilities. Before we open a panel for an upgrade, we get PPL scheduled to pull the meter, and we call them back once the inspection is done. Line damage from weather is theirs to repair. Everything on your side of that meter, any hour you need it, is ours to handle.
