A recalled panel doesn't announce itself. Federal Pacific and Zinsco panels, both common across this part of Cumberland County, can look and act normal for years before a breaker fails to trip when it should. If your panel carries either brand, circuit breaker repair and upgrades is worth doing before anything else on the list.
