Start with a look at your panel. A 1992 house in Warrington usually has a clean copper system, and the panel itself often looks fine. The question is capacity. If the main reads 100 or 150 and the slots are full, a 50-amp circuit takes planning. That means either a panel upgrade or a smarter way to share the load. We price both in writing so you can choose.

Warrington Township handles electrical permits under the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code. Like most townships in Bucks County, it relies on a third-party inspection agency for plan review and inspections. An EV charger, a generator or a panel upgrade all need one. We file the application, schedule the inspection and meet the inspector. The fee appears on your written quote.
Your electricity comes from PECO Energy Company. A service upgrade needs PECO to disconnect and reconnect at the meter. We book that visit as part of the job. Outages on the lines are PECO's to fix. Everything on your side of the meter is ours, 24/7.

Warrington Electrical FAQs
Often, yes, but we check first. A Level 2 charger needs a dedicated circuit. A full 100 or 150-amp panel may lack the space or the capacity. If the panel falls short, we quote a 200-amp upgrade alongside the charger, in writing, before you decide.
Sometimes. A heat pump adds a large circuit. A 1992 panel with central air and a dryer on it may already sit close to full. We do a load calculation first. If there is room, we add the circuit. If not, the upgrade and the heat pump circuit go on one written quote.
It depends on what you want running. The sump pump, furnace and refrigerator are the usual minimum. A whole-house unit covers everything, central air included. As a certified Generac dealer we size the unit, install the transfer switch, pull the permit and coordinate with PECO. Financing is available.
