Wynnewood's housing stock dates to around 1957 on average, and homes from that period carry familiar quirks: knob-and-tube remnants, fuse boxes, 60-amp services and outlets with no ground wire. None of it is rare here, and it is rarely a same-day emergency.
The fix depends on what we find. A fuse box usually becomes a breaker panel. A 60-amp service typically moves up to 100 or 200 amps, opening room for central air or an EV charger. Ungrounded outlets get a proper ground where the wiring allows, or GFCI protection where it does not.
PECO is the electric utility here, and any service upgrade means we coordinate the meter work directly.
