The typical Blue Ball home dates to 1968. Aluminum branch wiring, 100-amp panels and two-prong outlets are standard for that era, and a recalled Federal Pacific or Zinsco panel is common enough that it's the first thing we check.
We remake aluminum connections with rated connectors, ground or GFCI-protect two-prong outlets, and handle panel upgrades when 100 amps can't keep up anymore. A home EV charger is one of the more common additions we wire on its own circuit.
Blue Ball has no borough hall of its own, so the township handles permits under Pennsylvania's Uniform Construction Code, typically through a third-party inspection agency. We pull the permit, schedule the inspection and handle the walkthrough as part of your written quote.
PPL Electric Utilities serves Blue Ball. A panel upgrade or new service means a disconnect and reconnect at the meter, and we book both with PPL. A wider outage is PPL's repair, and anything from the meter in is ours, any hour.
