Federal Pacific and Zinsco panels both have a history of breakers that fail to trip. We recommend replacing either brand rather than repairing around it, with a written price.
Usually, yes. New fixtures can often run off existing circuits if the panel has room, which we check first. If the panel is full or outdated, we will say so.
If the outage covers your street, that is PPL's repair. If just your house lost power, the issue is likely inside your panel or wiring, which is ours to fix, any hour.
