Transparent pricing means written quotes with no surprises.
Dalton sees a mix of routine repairs and bigger upgrades: a flickering light, a dead outlet, a panel needing more room. When breakers trip on their own, that is often an amperage issue worth tracing rather than a fluke.
Because homes typically date to 1962, aluminum branch wiring and 100-amp panels turn up often, sometimes with a recalled panel behind the door. We correct aluminum connections with the right hardware and move undersized panels up to 200 amps.
Waverly is 1.7 miles off, La Plume 1.8, Clarks Summit 3.5, all on the same call list.
Dalton's electrical permits follow Pennsylvania's Uniform Construction Code, and like most Lackawanna County boroughs, it typically hands plan review and inspection to an outside agency. We file the permit and schedule the inspection.
PPL Electric Utilities serves Dalton. A panel upgrade or new service means a disconnect and reconnect through PPL, which we schedule directly. PPL repairs downed lines and pole outages. Once power is past the meter, that work is ours, any hour.
Our Pennsylvania and New Jersey experts are ready to resolve your electrical woes.

Absolutely thrilled with our electrician Dennis! He was very knowledgeable and polite. Made this process very easy and stress free. We had two light fixtures put in along with an exhaust fan, cleaned up after and everything. Highly recommend this company and their electrician!
