The Thomas Edison difference
A Fleetville electrician from Thomas Edison Electric works for us directly, never as a subcontractor. Every van leaves a home driveway already stocked for the day. Fleetville sits in ZIP 18420 within Lackawanna County, a few miles from La Plume, 3.5 miles off, and Waverly, 5.0 miles away.
Pennsylvania license PA075449 and full insurance back every visit. The price is always on paper before we start work. The line answers at 215-227-7000 any hour, 365 days a year. A late arrival costs us the dispatch fee, not you.
The electrician who shows up in Fleetville works for Thomas Edison Electric directly and drives a fully stocked TEE van from home.
This corner of the county still has plenty of both, and we treat the work as routine, not a crisis.
Service upgrades and new meter bases get scheduled with PPL as part of the job, not tacked on afterward.
Every estimate is written down before a single wire gets touched.
Miss the arrival window we give you and the dispatch fee disappears.
We're licensed under PA075449, fully insured, and rated 4.8 stars on Google.
We're dedicated to building lasting relationships with every client through exceptional service and guaranteed results.

Transparent pricing means written quotes with no surprises.
Older housing across Lackawanna County, Fleetville included, tends to run on fuse panels rather than breakers, with 60-amp service and outlets that were never grounded. A stray run of forgotten knob-and-tube is not unusual either, tucked in an attic nobody has opened in years.
None of it slows us down. Fuse panels give way to breaker panel upgrades sized for today's appliances. Bare outlets get grounded or covered with GFCI. Any knob-and-tube still carrying current comes out or gets isolated. Add a ceiling fan or a new dedicated circuit for a window AC, and the price still shows up in writing first.
La Plume, Dalton and Waverly fall under the same crew, so a Fleetville call is never treated as an outlier.
Electrical work in Fleetville needs a permit from the township, issued under Pennsylvania's Uniform Construction Code. Most townships in this part of the state hand inspections off to a third-party agency instead of staffing their own building department. Either way, pulling the permit and booking the inspector is on us, not you.
PPL Electric Utilities owns the poles, the lines and the meter here. A new meter base needs a PPL disconnect and reconnect. We book that appointment so it lines up with our own visit, not a separate trip.
Our Pennsylvania and New Jersey experts are ready to resolve your electrical woes.

Absolutely thrilled with our electrician Dennis! He was very knowledgeable and polite. Made this process very easy and stress free. We had two light fixtures put in along with an exhaust fan, cleaned up after and everything. Highly recommend this company and their electrician!

Jimmy made the service call easy. After describing our issue, 2 min max, he already knew what was wrong. He quickly identified, found, and fixed the offending GFI. After years of using Thomas Edison Electric we always refer them to friends and family.

Had a great experience with Michael Van for my initial inspection/walk-through and Steve P and the crew with the install. All of them, including the employees on the phone, were polite and prompt, and I'm very satisfied with my new electrical panel and wiring.
