Conyngham's typical home dates to 1966, and aluminum branch wiring, 100-amp panels, two-prong outlets and the occasional recalled Federal Pacific or Zinsco panel are all familiar here. We check for each one before we quote anything.
PPL Electric Utilities powers Conyngham. From the meter in, panel, wiring, outlets, that's our work, while PPL handles the poles and outages. Ask about a 200-amp panel upgrade, a Level 2 EV charger or a standby generator; each comes with a written price. Call 610-782-9000 any hour.
Conyngham Borough issues electrical permits under Pennsylvania's Uniform Construction Code, and like most boroughs here it works with a third-party inspection agency instead of running its own building department. We file the permit, book the inspection and meet the inspector.
PPL Electric Utilities serves Conyngham. A service upgrade or meter swap needs a PPL disconnect and reconnect, and that scheduling is on us. Storm damage to the lines is PPL's job. Everything from the meter in is ours, any hour you call.
