The Thomas Edison difference
A Fannettsburg electrician from Thomas Edison Electric answers calls here just like anywhere else in Franklin County. ZIP 17221 sits close to Willow Hill, 3.1 miles off, and Upperstrasburg, 3.2.
Spring Run and Dry Run aren't much further either. Every electrician on our team is a direct employee, never a subcontractor, driving a fully stocked TEE van from home. We hold PA075449 and full insurance, answering 24/7, 365 days a year. Every price is written first. Call 215-227-7000 any time.
Aluminum branch wiring, 100-amp panels and recalled Federal Pacific or Zinsco panels are common near Fannettsburg, and we fix all three.
Upperstrasburg is close behind, and we cover both the same day if needed.
No subcontractors, ever, and every van is loaded before it leaves home.
You approve the number before we start.
Running late costs us the dispatch fee, not you.
Over 37,000 jobs completed since 2021, financing available.
We're dedicated to building lasting relationships with every client through exceptional service and guaranteed results.

Transparent pricing means written quotes with no surprises.
Across Franklin County, older homes commonly have aluminum branch wiring, a 100-amp panel, two-prong outlets, and sometimes a recalled Federal Pacific or Zinsco panel. Fannettsburg's homes fit that same profile.
Simple repairs make up most of the calendar: a stuck switch, a dead outlet, a fixture that flickers at random. For anything bigger, a panel upgrade or dedicated circuit for a well pump or shop always starts with a written price.
Electrical permits around Fannettsburg go through the township under Pennsylvania's Uniform Construction Code. Like most townships in Franklin County, it typically uses a third-party inspection agency rather than staffing its own building department. We handle the permit and the inspection together, both included in your written quote.
Met-Ed serves most of this area, with Adams Electric Cooperative and Valley Rural Electric Cooperative covering other addresses nearby. A service upgrade or new meter needs sign-off from whichever utility applies, and we arrange that before the crew shows up. A neighborhood-wide outage is the utility's repair. Anything past your meter is ours, any hour.
Our Pennsylvania and New Jersey experts are ready to resolve your electrical woes.

Mike from Thomas Edison Electric replaced our out-of-service-life whole-house surge protectors and repaired a lighting fixture for our deck. He did an excellent professional job. He didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. I highly recommend Mike.
