The Thomas Edison difference
Friedensburg electrician calls reach a crew that lives in the area, not a subcontractor working someone else's schedule. Every electrician on our team is a direct employee, based at home with a fully stocked TEE van, covering Schuylkill County door to door. Friedensburg spans ZIPs 17933 and 17972, with 842 residents near Cressona and Summit Station.
Insurance is full, the license is PA075449, and we've logged more than 37,000 jobs since 2021. Call 717-274-2700 any hour. Every price is written down before work starts, and a late arrival means the dispatch fee is waived.
Friedensburg calls go to our own electricians, based at home in fully stocked TEE vans.
We remake loose aluminum connections and watch for recalled Federal Pacific or Zinsco panels.
17933 and 17972 both reach the same licensed electrician, day or night.
Whichever utility owns your line, we schedule the meter work directly.
Before any work starts, panel job or repair.
Full insurance, 4.8 stars on Google, and financing options available.
We're dedicated to building lasting relationships with every client through exceptional service and guaranteed results.

Transparent pricing means written quotes with no surprises.
Friedensburg's homes are newer than a lot of the county, dating to around 1978. That means less knob-and-tube and more aluminum branch wiring, 100-amp panels, two-prong outlets and, on occasion, a recalled Federal Pacific or Zinsco panel. We check the panel brand first, since a recall changes the plan from repair to full panel upgrade.
Aluminum connections also show up as warm outlet covers or flickering lights, and we remake those joints with the right connectors. A dedicated circuit for a workshop or an EV charger is common once the panel has room.
Friedensburg's electrical permit runs through the township under Pennsylvania's Uniform Construction Code. Most townships this size use a third-party agency for inspections rather than hiring their own, and we schedule that visit as part of the job.
PPL Electric Utilities is the main utility, and Schuylkill Haven's borough-owned system also reaches some addresses nearby. We confirm which one serves your house before booking any meter work.
Our Pennsylvania and New Jersey experts are ready to resolve your electrical woes.

Mike from Thomas Edison Electric replaced our out-of-service-life whole-house surge protectors and repaired a lighting fixture for our deck. He did an excellent professional job. He didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. I highly recommend Mike.
