If the whole block loses power, that is a PPL outage, and PPL repairs the lines. If only your house went dark, or just a few rooms, the problem is likely on your side of the meter. That side is ours, day or night.
Often not without an upgrade first. A 60-amp or 100-amp panel rarely has room for a transfer switch and a Level 2 charger both. We check the panel, recommend the smallest upgrade that covers what you want, and give you a written price for it.
