Delano's small collection of homes mostly dates to the same era. The wiring shows it: fuse panels instead of breakers, 60 amps of service, ungrounded outlets, and knob-and-tube in spots nobody has remodeled. We treat it as ordinary work. A panel upgrade is the most common fix, and we ground outlets on the same visit.
Being a small community does not mean a smaller crew. We send the same electricians here as we do to Barnesville and Mahanoy City, running the same safety inspection process on every visit.
Delano's permit goes through the township, not a borough office. It's filed under the state's Uniform Construction Code, the same as anywhere in Pennsylvania. A third-party agency usually handles the inspection. We coordinate that visit directly, so you don't have to track it down.
PPL Electric Utilities serves Delano. PPL repairs a line-wide outage. Everything from the meter into the house, day or night, is ours to fix.
