Then come the additions a 1938 house never planned for. A Level 2 EV charger needs its own circuit and often a panel with more room to spare. A standby generator is common too, since as a certified Generac dealer we install and service both.
The city of Pottsville issues electrical permits under Pennsylvania's Uniform Construction Code, and like most municipalities in the county, it works with a third-party inspection agency rather than running its own building department.
