The Thomas Edison difference
Branchdale electrician calls are answered by crews who live in the area, not a subcontractor passed the job. Each one is a direct employee, based at home with a van already loaded, working all across Schuylkill County. Branchdale is home to 379 people in ZIP 17923, near Llewellyn, Minersville and Tremont.
37,000-plus jobs completed since 2021, PA license PA075449, and insurance that's always current. Call 717-274-2700 any hour, any day. The quote comes in writing first, and a late arrival means we waive the dispatch fee.
Branchdale's calls go to electricians who live nearby and roll out in fully stocked TEE vans.
Fuse panels, 60-amp service and knob-and-tube segments are routine for our crews.
We schedule any meter or service change directly with PPL Electric Utilities.
Set before work starts, whether it's a small repair or a panel swap.
Nights, weekends and holidays are covered, not an add-on.
Google reviewers rate us 4.8 stars, and every job carries full insurance.
We're dedicated to building lasting relationships with every client through exceptional service and guaranteed results.

Transparent pricing means written quotes with no surprises.
Branchdale homes built in the 1930s came standard with 60-amp fuse service, and plenty of that original wiring, knob-and-tube included, is still doing the job today. Two-prong, ungrounded outlets are common too. We swap fuse panels for modern breakers and ground what needs it, often flagged during an electrical safety inspection, all under one written price.
PPL Electric Utilities powers Branchdale and the townships around it. We also answer calls in Minersville and Tremont with the same crews, so nothing about the response changes once you leave the center of town.
There's no borough office in Branchdale, so the township handles electrical permits, filed the way Pennsylvania requires statewide under its Uniform Construction Code. Most townships this size send inspections to a third-party agency rather than staffing one, and we file the permit and coordinate that visit as part of the job.
PPL Electric Utilities serves Branchdale. PPL handles line repairs after a storm. Once power reaches your meter, the panel, wiring and outlets inside are ours to fix, any hour you call.
Our Pennsylvania and New Jersey experts are ready to resolve your electrical woes.

Mike from Thomas Edison Electric replaced our out-of-service-life whole-house surge protectors and repaired a lighting fixture for our deck. He did an excellent professional job. He didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. I highly recommend Mike.
