Transparent pricing means written quotes with no surprises.
Mohrsville's median home dates to 1959, among the older housing stock in this stretch of the county. Fuse boxes, knob-and-tube remnants, a 60-amp service and ungrounded outlets are all still common finds, and some of it reads as an electrical code violation once we look closely. Adding a modern range or an AC circuit is often the reason a homeowner calls in the first place.
Met-Ed, part of FirstEnergy, is the electric utility here, with PPL Electric Utilities covering other parts of the county. Met-Ed owns the poles and the meter, and we schedule any service upgrade or meter change directly with them.
The township that covers Mohrsville issues electrical permits under Pennsylvania's Uniform Construction Code, and it uses an outside agency for inspections rather than a dedicated building department, which is typical countywide. Filing that paperwork and getting the inspection scheduled is part of the job we do for you.
Mohrsville draws power from Met-Ed, with PPL Electric Utilities covering other sections of the county. Swapping an old fuse box for a breaker panel is the kind of job that raises the service size, and Met-Ed has to sign off on the meter before we flip anything on. We set that appointment for you. A line that comes down in a storm is Met-Ed's problem to solve. The fuse box, the new panel and the wiring behind them are ours.
Our Pennsylvania and New Jersey experts are ready to resolve your electrical woes.

Absolutely thrilled with our electrician Dennis! He was very knowledgeable and polite. Made this process very easy and stress free. We had two light fixtures put in along with an exhaust fan, cleaned up after and everything. Highly recommend this company and their electrician!
