The Thomas Edison difference
Where do you find a reliable Zion Grove electrician? Thomas Edison Electric already has one nearby, since our crews live throughout Schuylkill County instead of commuting from one shop. Nuremberg and Ringtown are both about 3.2 miles from Zion Grove, and Sheppton is 4.8.
Across Schuylkill County, knob-and-tube remnants, fuse boxes, 60 amp services and ungrounded outlets are still common enough that we check for them on almost every older-home visit. We hold PA license PA075449 and have completed over 37,000 jobs since 2021. Call 570-648-8800 any hour, and the price is always in writing first.
Zion Grove gets the same licensed crew and response time as its bigger neighbors.
Knob-and-tube, fuse boxes and 60 amp services are common across Schuylkill County, and familiar work for us.
Our electricians dispatch from their own homes in fully stocked TEE vans.
We coordinate every meter change or service upgrade with PPL Electric Utilities.
24/7, 365 days a year, holidays included.
PA075449, over 37,000 jobs completed since 2021, financing available if needed.
We're dedicated to building lasting relationships with every client through exceptional service and guaranteed results.

Transparent pricing means written quotes with no surprises.
Zion Grove sits between two larger communities we also serve, Sheppton and Shenandoah, and the same crew moves between all three. There is no separate wait list for the smaller ZIP codes in between.
A lot of the older housing stock in this part of the county still runs on a fuse box or a small 60 amp panel, so a panel upgrade to 100 or 200 amps is common work. We also handle ceiling fans, new circuits, and general repairs, all with a written price before we start.
Zion Grove's electrical permits are processed through its township under Pennsylvania's Uniform Construction Code, the standard setup across the county. The township relies on a third-party agency to review plans and inspect the finished work rather than staffing its own building department. We take care of both the filing and the inspection.
PPL Electric Utilities serves this part of the county. A panel upgrade means PPL disconnects and reconnects the meter once the work is inspected, and we schedule that directly. Line damage outside is PPL's repair. Everything from the meter into the home, any hour, is ours.
Our Pennsylvania and New Jersey experts are ready to resolve your electrical woes.

Mike from Thomas Edison Electric replaced our out-of-service-life whole-house surge protectors and repaired a lighting fixture for our deck. He did an excellent professional job. He didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. I highly recommend Mike.
