Two utilities split Lebanon County. PPL Electric Utilities is the primary provider, and Met-Ed serves other parts of the county. There is no municipal electric system here and no co-op. That keeps the power question simple. Still, PPL and Met-Ed follow different steps. That applies to a service disconnect or a meter base change. We work with whichever one serves your home before the job goes on the calendar.
The split of responsibility is the same with both. The utility owns the lines and the meter. It fixes outages on their side. We take over at the meter: panel, circuits, outlets, lighting, generator, EV charger.
Lebanon County is regular ground for us. Our crews here are on our payroll, not a subcontractor's. We also cover Lancaster, Dauphin, Berks and Schuylkill counties. Whether you are in Palmyra, Mount Gretna, Schaefferstown or Quentin, you get a licensed crew. A written quote comes with it. If we are late, we waive the dispatch fee.
