Plenty of Neffs-area homes still carry the wiring their builders considered standard decades ago. That usually means a 100-amp panel, aluminum branch circuits and two-prong outlets, and now and then a Federal Pacific or Zinsco panel that was recalled long ago and needs replacing, not repairing.
